The ninja assassin of StingRays, this is one classy looking stealth bass. This Music Man StingRay 4HH Stealth model is finished in a glossy matte black finish with perfectly complementing dark Ebony fretboard, black hardware, control plate, and knobs. It has tremendous resonance, incomparably tight lows and a punchy top end that’s a total knock out. The neck is very comfortable and satiny smooth, which makes for a comfortable feel and a fast ride all the way up and down. This is one of those instruments that’s put together well enough to let you feel every little vibration of every note you play. The control layout is easy to work with yet provides a wide variety of exceptional tones. This Sting Ray bass features a matte black finish over an ash body. The Hardware and all accents are a classy complementing black. The maple neck features a gunstock oil and hand rubbed special wax blend finish that is extremely smooth to the touch and won’t gunk up on you. Dual Music Man humbucking alnico magnetic pickups are wired to a 3 band active preamp with volume, treble, middle and bass controls. The electronic shielding consists of a graphite acrylic resin coated body cavity that ensures this bass operates with efficiency. Some other stand out features include a 6 bolt neck plate and Schaller BM tuners with tapered string posts. This StingRay comes with a black hard shell case.
